Please add to any "Safe List" in your email program. Often times order confirmations and other important emails from us are misclassified as Spam. If you've not received your order confirmation take a look in your Junk Mail box. Chances are it's in there.
Shipping & Delivery
As each product is custom made, please allow up to 5 business days before your order will ship. Peak seasons, such as summer, may take a day or two longer, but we try to keep these delays to a minimum. 
All products are shipped via UPS from South Salt Lake City, UT.  Each order needs to have a phyiscal address-- no PO Boxes are allowed, which is probably a good thing since our products probably wouldn't fit inside most them!  A tracking number will be provided, both in your account, as well as via the email address you gave us when you created your order, when your order ships.  As a general rule, ground packages sent to the western US take 1-2 days.  Packages sent east usually arrive in 3-5 days, but again your tracking number will give you specifics.  
Credit Card Security
It's pretty simple:  we don't store or ever see your credit card information.  Anything you type in to is passed directly to our credit card processing service.  For your security you will need to type in the complete credit card number with each order.  We figure it's better to be safe than sorry on matters like this.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with what you purchase from  It's our goal to get the right products to you in the fastest possible time, and in the best of quality.  In addition, every product sold on this site is custom made for you.  As such, while there are no returns or refunds available, we'll be happy to assist in a product did not arrive in the manner in which is should have.  Please contact us within three days of receipt of order if you have any questions or concerns.

Pricing and Payment
All pricing is subject to change at any time without any notice.  We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including orders with pricing errors in them.  All orders are payable in advance, no CODs, please.
